The St Pancras and Somers Town Living Centre strives to enhance the health and wellbeing of the area while serving as a model for health initiatives in Camden, London, and beyond. It empowers residents, fosters community ownership, and facilitates skill and resource development through outreach, idea generation, mentorship, and resource support.
The Living Centre is a unique opportunity to help reduce inequalities in the local area, to make the most of local skills, resources and knowledge, and to work with the Francis Crick Institute and its partners to benefit the community.
At its heart is a sustainable organisation that works with the local community to create a vibrant, well-used and welcoming space, delivering affordable, good-value services that improve wellbeing and complement existing services, helping to empower residents and foster community ownership.
